Adriana Camile is a visual artist who lives and creates between two geographical and sensory worlds – Northern California, where she was born and raised, and Slovenia, where she eventually moved and which she feels is her maternal landscape. Her work is deeply rooted in nature – not just as inspiration, but as raw material, content, and a dialogue partner for artistic expression.

Her botanical paintings are not merely aesthetic objects but visual meditations on transience, the rhythm of nature, and silence. Her education reflects a similar diversity. The floral design school in San Francisco gave her precision and knowledge of plant materials. At the University of Colorado Boulder, she graduated with honors (magna cum laude) in Anthropology and Humanities, which strengthened her understanding of culture, nature, and humanity.
