Her botanical paintings are not merely aesthetic objects but visual meditations on transience, the rhythm of nature, and silence. Her education reflects a similar diversity. The floristry school in San Francisco gave her precision and knowledge of botanical materials. At the University of Colorado Boulder, she graduated cum laude with a degree in anthropology and humanities, which strengthened her understanding of culture, nature, and humanity.
