Adriana Camile is a visual artist who lives and works between two geographical and sensory worlds – Northern California, where she was born and raised, and Slovenia, where she eventually moved and which she feels is her maternal landscape. Her work is deeply rooted in nature – not just as an inspiration, but as a raw material, content, and interlocutor of artistic expression.

Her botanical paintings are not merely aesthetic objects, but visual meditations on transience, the rhythm of nature, and silence. Her education reflects a similar diversity. The San Francisco School of Floral Design gave her precision and knowledge of plant materials. At the University of Colorado Boulder, she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Anthropology and Humanities, which strengthened her understanding of culture, nature, and humanity.
